The Steampunk Aesthetic: When Machinery Becomes Ornament

Steampunk the aesthetic movement born from reimagined Victorian fiction, where steam and gears stand in for electronics has one golden rule: the machine never hides. It exposes itself, ornaments itself, becomes the decoration.

This castle follows that rule in every detail.

The smoking chimneys.
