Ground level: the life of the square. Market stalls overflow with flowers, fruit, and offerings. A Catrina in a full embroidered dress pushes a flower cart through the square. A musician plays in one corner. The ground is tiled, the facades hung with glowing garlands. The "Plaza de los Muertos" sign anchors the top of the scene, framed by orange cempasúchil blooms.

Upper level: balconies and facades. A second Catrina appears on a wooden-turned balcony, surrounded by floral decorations. The building facades are painted in the warm tones of Mexican tradition — ochre, brick red, deep jade green. Strings of papel picado run between balconies, laser-cut with a precision that faithfully reproduces the delicate patterns of the real craft tradition.
