Christmas doesn't usually fit in a frame. This one does.

Most Christmas décor gives you one moment  a tree, a wreath, a single scene under glass. The Storybook Frame: Christmas gives you three, stacked vertically inside a single wall-mounted diorama: Santa's rooftop departure at the top, a warm family living room in the middle, and a toy shop with a working advent calendar at the base. It's less a decoration than a small illustrated storybook you build with your hands instead of read with your eyes.

The Rooftop: Santa's Departure

At the very top of the scene, Santa is leaning over the chimney beneath a little arch decorated with ribbons and stars. His sleigh is packed and ready to go, with the reindeer waiting nearby. Snow-covered garland runs around the roof, while a small gingerbread-roofed cottage adds a warm glow in the background.

It feels like that brief moment before Christmas Eve really begins everything is ready, and Santa is just about to leave.

The Living Room: Fireside and Family

Downstairs, the scene opens onto a cozy family living room. A decorated Christmas tree lights up the room, while stockings hang from the mantel above the fireplace. A grandfather clock, framed family photographs and neatly wrapped presents complete the space.

This is the quieter part of the diorama. There is no rush here. It is simply the room where everyone has gathered, with Christmas just around the corner.

The Toy Shop: Merry Christmas and a Christmas Countdown

At street level, a small toy shop brings the scene back to life. The window is filled with plush bears and painted wooden toys, framed by a hand-lettered Merry Christmas sign.

Next to the shop stands a Christmas-tree-shaped advent calendar with numbered doors running from 1 to 22. The countdown is built directly into the diorama, making it more than just a decorative detail.

A nutcracker stands at the corner of the shop, while Santa's sleigh makes another appearance below, this time already loaded and ready to head out into the Christmas night.
